Since it's formation in 2002 Tockwith Juniors FC have gone from strength to strength.  The club offers a safe and fun environment in which our FA qualified coaches help players develop not only their footballing skills, but their confidence too. 

TJFC offers one of the largest football grounds within the Nidderdale, York and Selby District youth leagues, as well as regularly hosting District tournaments and finals. As well being an affiliated club, we are poud to be an England Football Accredited d club.

Our club cafe is open Saturday mornings 9-10:30 serving delicious hot bacon or sausage sandwiches, hot and cold beverages, as well as a selection of snacks.

The cafe is located on the first floor of the club house, disabled access is available via a stair lift.

From York:
Take the B1224 (signed Wetherby) to Bilton. Turn right at the cricket ground and follow the road into Tockwith. The Sports field is approximately 1 mile on the left.

From Wetherby:
Take the B1224 (signed York) for approximately 4 miles, past Bickerton and over the crossroads. Turn Left opposite Bilton Cricket ground (signed Tockwith). Sports field is approximately 1 mile on the left. 

From Knaresborough:
From the A59 travelling towards York, turn right at Whixley crossroads (signed Cattal). Through Cattal, turning left immediately after the sharp bend (signed Tockwith) over the bridge. (Caution the river can flood at times of heavy rainfall.) Turn Left at the next crossroads (signed Tockwith). Turn Right at the Boot & Shoe Public House and the Sports field is approximately 150 yards on the right.

Tockwith Juinors is committed to ensuring the safety and welfare of our players, spectators and staff is upheld at all times.

We are following the government and FA guidelines on COVID as well as regularly updating our risk assessments.

The full guidance documents can be viewed below and should be referred to for further details. The summary key points are:

1. On field adaptions for playing football are no longer required.
2. No limits of how many people can meet.
3. One metre plus rule removed.
4. Individuals who are double-jabbed or under-18 no longer need to self-isolate after being identified as a close contact of a positive COVID-19 case, even if that person is within the same household. However, they are strongly advised to get their own free PCR test as soon as possible.
5. Face coverings no longer required by law, but recommended in crowded indoor settings and may be mandated by some clubs or facility providers.
6. Changing rooms can be used, however participants should use their own judgement and minimise use where possible to avoid close contact in a crowded area for a prolonged time.
7. No capacity limits for spectators but good practice is encouraged.
8. Hospitality is permitted without restrictions.
9. NHS Test and Trace QR codes not required by law 

but encouraged.
10. Free NHS lateral flow testing is available to clubs and we encourage clubs to take this up.
11. No domestic travel restrictions. Participants should continue to follow Government advice on international travel for any fixtures/ tournaments.

This guidance document applies to all youth and adult football and Futsal, including all formats of the game, both indoors and outdoors.
